The mother and son live in Marineland, a park in France.
But now it's closed and they need a new home.
The first idea was to send them to a water park in Japan.
But the French government was worried about that.
Some people would like the orcas to go to a sanctuary.
In a sanctuary, the animals are free.
They don't have to do shows for visitors.
Last year, a Canadian sanctuary tried to help.
But people felt the journey was too long.
And they said Canada was too cold.
Another idea is to build a sanctuary in the sea in Europe.
But many think the Mediterranean's too warm.
A Spanish zoo, Loro Parque, is happy to take them.
It says zoos are able to look after orcas, not sanctuaries.
There are lots of different ideas.
But for now, Wikie and Keijo are still in Marineland.
